This Grapevine retail center has a timeless design, with masonry details that fit the style of the area near Main Street. Brick was installed across all four sides of both buildings for fully wrapped finish rather than a front-only treatment.

Brick & Cast Stone Exterior
The brick features a rich red-brown color range paired with a custom colored mortar blend that gives the walls a more aged, custom look.
Instead of a high contrast with bright white cast stone, the masonry on this exterior has a warm, slightly traditional appearance that helps the project blend into its surrounding area of Grapevine. Decorative elements were added in vertical strips and and accents in cast stone throughout the facade.
Along the top, cast stone coping finishes the design with another touch across the roofline and parapets.
Overall, this is a large-scale commercial masonry installation built to deliver durability, curb appeal, and a style that fits the rustic-meets-modern character of the surrounding community.
