Brick Experts was tasked with a commercial masonry project at the Boardwalk Montessori School in Melissa, TX, updating the building’s exterior with a combination of brick, stone, cast stone and stucco elements.
This project showcases a clean, modern exterior. Our scope included the full exterior masonry package, combining brick, natural stone, stucco, and cast stone accents to bring this polished, modern design to life.
The design uses a variety of materials for contrast and depth, with light-colored brick across the main walls, darker accent bricks at the top, and a mixed natural stone feature around the entry tower and columns.
External Facade Installation
The natural stone accent wall over the entrance was created by blending two stone styles, Smoked Lueders and Coral Mist, to produce a balanced mix of soft grays and earth-toned variation.
Cast stone was also installed to transition at window sills, column elements, and trim details, sharpening the architectural lines and giving the building a refined finished look.
Together, the light brick, dark accents, and mixed stone textures give the location a unique, upscale appearance that elevates the property and offers the inviting character expected of a school environment.
