This HTeaO project in Fort Worth, TX (near Keller) showcases a clean, modern exterior built around a full stucco cladding system and a few decorative accents.
The main body of the building features three sides of smooth, light-toned stucco walls that give the storefront a bright, polished appearance, with a darker upper band and cornice elements (using EIFS) along the roofline.
At the entry tower, the stucco work is paired with composite siding installed by others, for a bold, high-contrast look at the entrance framing the signage.
EIFS / Stucco & Brick Installation
Our work included the exterior stucco walls, stucco band, and stucco cornice, along with EIFS elements used to create the darker accent sections near the top of the building.
One of the advantages of EIFS is its flexibility, which allows clean shapes and unique design features to be molded into shape in ways that are much more difficult to achieve with heavier materials.
Behind the finished surface, the assembly began with a three-part stucco system that included two layers of weather-resistant barrier, metal lath, two base coats of Portland cement stucco mix, and a final integral color coat.
